This is the best format for a condo presentation. Maps and highlighted POI, and how far it is to each POI puts everything into perspective. When you guys just say names and don't show the map, i have no clue where you're at xD I could look it up, but who has time for that :P Adding sqm and minimum time to rent in the title will make this video complete IMO. Don't like to watch condos that has minimum time of 6 months or 1 year so would be a nice way to let me and probably others to filter those condos out.

not amazing, normal prices house rent have all city 5000-7000-12000 B/month. only tourist trap have lot scammers and cost more 15000-25000 B /month and have lot ower price, true scammers. tourist traps, worst city go live have pattaya, BKK, phuket. 7 x expensive than all other city in Thailand because scammed lot foreigns.

Not everyone is broke because we want a cheap condo. In Thailand, most condos are the same sqm, and has the same room layout. What you're paying more for is just better looking furniture... A gold plated toilet flushes your shit the same way a cheap toilet does. Throwing away money because you lack the creativity to use it doesn't make you look smart.
