you can put any cover, it will last a few years for sure. If everything else in the engine is allright, you will not have a problem

It says in the movie - glue. I ve used JD Weld, but you can use Poxipole

Yes, I think it is, but you wont get to cpean the rocker cover insides. Also be carefull with the hot blow drier inside engine compartment.

@@raducumucu1 rocker cover gasket just changed. I don't want to disassemble it again. Is it important to clean inside? Is it okay if we clean the places to apply glue and then paste it? I don't want to take the cover off at all.

@ no, cleaning the insides is extra. Not necessary. You can only operate on the valve area. Careful with the heater fan

Salut! Am și eu un aveo 2012, 1.2 benzina! Și as vrea sa ii schimb valva pcv, se poate schimba doar garnitura fără arc? Dacă se rupe capacul, ce pot face? Am găsit pe eMAG doar garnitura, nu tot kit ul! Ms

Nu stiu cum e la 1.2. La 1.4 turbo ai nevoie de membrana si capac. Arcul poate fi refolosit, dar capacul original se va rupe cand il vei desface
