As a journeyman electrician with over 30 years experience,you did an excellent job wiring that box and great quality work.A guy could most likely install several of those batteries in box if you wanted extra power.

Looks good except you don't have short circuit protection for your master switch. I would put a 10 amp inline fuse between your battery and power in on your master switch, otherwise if that switch were to ever short out it, it could potentially start a fire.

Refresh my memory, but did I state anywhere in the video that it was water proof or water resistant? I don’t think I did, I vaguely remember saying this was for a power application to be used on a kayak for electronics, not in the water. Additionally, I also stated I’m not a licensed electrician so, thanks for the comment 😉

If nothing else, respect the amount of energy these batteries contain because the best lessons are hardest learned!

I’ve had it for 2 years and I’ve never had an issue. The battery is obviously your choice but I’ve ran that thing for days with my electronics and never had issue 🤷🏼‍♂️
