Cheap Dungeons & Dragons accessories at Ollie's - Unboxing Campaign Cases & Warriors of Krynn

As of January 12th, 2024 at least some Ollie's discount stores have some super cheap D&D accessories. This includes the Creature and Terrain Campaign Cases and a board game Warriors of Krynn. I bought all 3 for $16. Do you think any of them are worth it at these prices? Leave a comment with your thoughts on the value and if you bought any of these.

Personally I think the video looks ok. The minis look interesting, but I never get any because they are too small for me. Mostly I am fascinated by Hasbro falling apart. I don't think I've ever seen a company do this badly before.

Terrain tiles are cardboard. We bought several copies of each of these, but for my money, the adventure system board games make a better DND starter. As far as criticism, channel seems good. But most bang for your buck is improving sound. Best wishes, I liked, commented, and subscribed!

My cousin got it and asked me to DM it. Setting it up is no problem but I can for the life of me figure out the game mechanics. I’ll stick with wargaming. Move, shoot and repeat.

Just got Warriors of Krynn, two days ago, and I haven't been able to bring myself to open the box, because i absolutely HATE how they expect you to open it. I'm thinking about how do they expect collectors to keep it in good condition, when they're wanting you to ruin it? Edit: Why put a box in another box??

What are the terrain tiles made of? Cardboard or plastic?

They are cardboard and they feel pretty solid. I think it’s definitely worth three dollars.
