Hi mate, got a question for you, I am downsizing from my MT09 and looking to pick up a Lexmoto 2019 Valiant 125 EFI, seems they are discontinued and there is a nothing but comments that put you off left, right, and centre, so my question is.. do you think the bike will still have parts available and things like that? aka if I buy it I wont come into any issues along the journey of owning it? I've checked out the CMPO website and it seems a lot of parts on there are sold out. Cheers

If trouble-free biking and fixing Is what you are after, I would look at some other bikes myself.

@@spicy110 can I ask why you would look at other bikes? The one I am looking at looks really smart has 2k miles on the clock and only £850 oh and the owner is in his 40s

@@leopardpro2878 As you pointed out parts may well be an issue so when it needs parts it may well be a headache to fix. If they are not stocking parts, they are very unlikey to get them again and if you need a part and they can order it, it could be a long wait. It sounds like a ok deal but I can not say yes that is a good idea long term. Kinda depends on how much you need the bike and how long you plan to keep it.

@@spicy110 They say the engine is based on the Suzuki GS125, which does have a ton of parts out there, so I was thinking if they are based on that parts would be transferable no? I am in need of a cheap bike for work asap, getting rid of my MT09
@spicy110Ай бұрын
Yes, it uses the same engine as my old pulse adrenaline from the looks of it, so parts there should be OK. At the end of the day, if the bike looks in good condition and is going to work for what you need, go for it. You will have to spend quite a bit more for a good condition big four bike.

I find most Chinese stuff to be fine nowadays, it was the early days of Chinese manufacturing that was bad. A bit like when the Japanese started making bikes and then a few years later they were better than anything else .

I have found the same, or at least very few of the things people told me would be bad because they were Chinese were bad, most were fine!

My Lenovo, Chinese computer, is 8 years old and lasted longer than the iMac.
