If the Government take the next election; they will have to put legislation in place in relation to the laws governing JPS. Rmember Guys JPS contract will be up for renewal in a year or 2, and their currant contract was sign by the PNP, in favor of JPS; which give them power over Jamaica Consumer. The JLP Administration are powerless to make changes in regard to the suffering of JPS Customer! JPS is disorganized, they are unable to plan ahead in relation to public works going on in Jamaica, for instant they should be able to remove utility pole from existing roadway and put them where the new road algnment will accommodate them, ahead of the road improvement work however, they're naver able to do so. One of the reason why the PNP, would kill others to get in power is to continue the decay that they have sign off on, and to continue an open unruly society which went on for over 20 years. Jamaica wake up and see the light that we can do better under this JLP Government!!!

All of these road projects started by the previous government and continued by Andrew Holiness Administration 😊 All the blueprints and new roads alignment was done ✅💯 by Stanley Consultant from the United States Of America. There's an article on the Jamaica Information Service website : Gov't to Undertake Feasibility Study for South Coast Highway Projects 29 July 2012. Phase 1 is from Port Antonio to Harbour View, Phase 2 is from Manchester to Negril.

​@@waynemcfarlane1233How can you say all the blueprints and new road alignments was done by Stanley Consultants, when in fact, the highway route inland through the hills Stanley had proposed is totally different from the coastal road improvement option actually being built? It would be impossible to use the same blueprints/drawings for both options. Am I missing something?
