Sounds good. I may try it at Christmas. The one I usually make is VERY simple: cream cheese, cut up dried beef, green onion, shredded cheddar, & Worcestershire.

Another great thing to coat homemade cheeseballs in is sliced green olives with the pimentos in them. I use a dash of tobasco sauce, too.

This was a pretty good recipe. Someone I knew used to make it similar, but with a few tablespoons of creamery butter in there, as well. I'm not sure what it did exactly, but it was good. I am thinking all cream cheese is wicked. The SWISS addition is solid. A+

I also want to prepare sushi, Cornish Hens, orange sauce, stuffing (Sour dough), baby potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, peas and beef ribs. Actually, knowing someone who comes from that town, it's pronounced "Wooster". (Like Book, Not Roost) and the "shire" is not said.
