Sarah Carey is the editor of Everyday Food magazine and her job is to come up with the best ways to make fast, delicious food at home. But she's also a mom to two hungry kids, so the question "What's for dinner?" is never far from her mind -- or theirs, it seems! Her days can get crazy busy (whose don't?), so these videos are all about her favorite fast, fresh meals -- and the tricks she uses to make it all SO much easier.

Sarah is so good at doing the chef banter. Whenever she says a cheesy chef thing like "everybody's gonna be clamoring for more" it makes me happy hahaha

This reminds me of my godmother making bacon and cabbage when I visited her at Christmas time but this looks much much more appetising. I could only smell the delicious aroma coming from the kitchen but the idea of eating bacon & cabbage didn't appeal to me. This certainly does!! OMG!

I don't think there's such a thing as too much bacon, but I do think there's such a thing as too much bacon fat. It can overpower the other flavors of your meal as well as give you the runs

Oh fgs. Cups measure volume, not mass. That means every time you need to have ingredients packed the same. Plus they're only ever used to make hugely rounded measurements.

No, no in fact scallions are not that much different from onions. They both stink they’re both gross and they both taste terrible and also they both stink and also they both stink. Please please please for all you people who can cook and for all the people who think they can cook and for all the people who have other people believing they can cook… Stop putting onions and the RELATIVES Of onions in every recipe. Onions are not a necessity for any food or any recipe. Neither is garlic.

I have unsubscribed and left you guys. You are too unreliable. Did you run out of food? Your episodes used to be every day (uh...hence the name), now it's just whenever. Unless you have a cook book to promo, then you suddenly become more reliable. I subscribed to food wishes, he has the SAME paranoia about dirty food processor that Sarah does, and he has a schedule.
