I followed this recipe after being inspired by international superstar Little King John. The recipe on PBS' site had parsley and this one didn't so this one won out. I found the dough came out kind of gooey and regreted adding all the water in, instead of adding it a little at a time. If I make them again, I'll add garlic and some butter or margerine to the filling. As is, it's like they are more a vehicle for the mustard instead of being savory on their own. Even with the onion in there, it's a little bland.
