Tawa Chicken

4-5tbsp ghee/vegetable oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 finely chopped onion
2 inches of ginger
6 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
4 tomatoes (pureed)
2 tsp turmeric powder
3 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
3 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1 onion (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
250g BBQ/tandoori chicken tikka
1 tbsp Tawa spice mix
2 tsp toasted Kasoori methi leaves
Salt to taste
Warm water
Ginger Jullianne
Fresh coriander leaves
Fresh tomato
Tawa Spice mix
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp black peppercorns
2 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
