I have cooked in many kitchens and can attest to the absolute master classes he gives away for free on KZbin. Plus the way he says friends and onions, how could you not love this man? Hahahaa I’m gonna make this tomorrow…. It our food shopping day tomorrow so need to try cauliflower 🤢 Chef you have increased my cooking skills no end over this last year of discovering you. I’m recovering from a serious bike accident and at home feeling helpless whilst my Mrs works and the kids are at school…. We eat organic fruit and veg and locally produced meat. I make all my own sauces, Nothing store bought. Everything made from scratch…. And now my cooking is on another level, my family love everything I make !!!!! The confidence you give, the repetition, it’s excellent teaching…. You are my fav chef in the world and I’d like to say thank you from the UK 🇬🇧 ❤🙏

Hi Chef. I have owned a wine bar for the past 6 years, and things have been very difficult for various reasons. I have been at a crossroads on what to do because I have slowly been losing my enthusiasm in the kitchen, and even at home, I don't cook for my family like I used to. I came up in the industry as a bartender, but I always loved cooking for my friends and family. I came across one of your videos the other day, and I have left with 1 valuable lesson. To cook like I did before I was paid to do it. There are many ways to do 1 thing, and they can all be correct and delicious and done by YOU! And if you trust yourself and put some love into it, people will notice.

"If you like garlic you are in the right place," I knew it was going to be good (better than good), and with the beacon and the vegetables. Then JP mixes it up with the different surprises of things that make cooking fun. And butter makes it all better. I love ❤ this chef and I love the smell of sautéed garlic. The aroma becomes aromatherapy in the house and gives everyone in the house a beautiful awakening to life , liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I believe when James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and John Jay were writing the constitution of the United States, I believe one of their cooks were fixing up something that had garlic in it. 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😊
