Ive said this before Jack’s recipe’s are so good and easy to follow and I love the fact that he never fails to recommend an alternative for those who cant use certain ingredients such as alcohol. He always wins me over with his consideration for others.

Got my book & loved the way it covered all the basics of sauces, stocks, mayos...... I gave it to my son as he will be out in the world soon & have to cook for himself & his gf so your book will be the perfect helper. Only prob is now I'll need to buy another one for myself at some stage 😂 Had this recipe on my mind since your first one so this will inspire me to make it now. Thanks Chef Jack 😀👍
