Suya is heavily spiced. I absolutely love it. I was introduced it by my Nigerian neighbour's. I can't get enough of it along with Jollof

This is amazing and one of my favourites. What could I replace Nuts with as someone I know has a nut allergy?

Hi Tom. Looks amazing 🤩 I actually have some suya spice from a Nigerian friend. Can I simply use this to replace your suya spice mix?

Gunna try this. Have made similar but used tamarind sauce. I use tamarind sauce in my Beef Rendang. As us Geordies say "Geet lush".

Great vid, I think African foods are getting more popular. I wish tom had washed his hands before making the salad though!

@@murphymagic have you seen all the questions I've ever asked? What about the ones I didn't write? Did you hear all of those? Some of those have been pretty personal. I'd suggest if you're that triggered by someone asking if you're ok, you almost certainly not ok. I think it's you who needs to jog on, but to the nearest couch for a lie down and a chat about how you're feeling.

It's pronounced Sue-yaa. Better attempt compared to Jamie Oliver's but you need to go Nigeria to see how it is really made with proper fresh native ingredients.
