I stumbled upon this video 4 years ago when I didn't even have a boyfriend but was dreaming of my wedding day and got inspired to bake my own wedding cake haha Today marks 2 months of engagement to my man and I told him a couple weeks ago I wanted to bake our wedding cake. 😊 Definitely doing this! ❤

Chelsea- I read your "Why I Quit My Job.." post. It was really moving. I am not surprised you are also a CPA because you come across as a bright person. Great job! I bake at 325°, white mix I fill the pans half full, chocolate a little less than half full, it takes longer and they bake higher. I mix Crisco with flour and make a paste to grease the pans. I did my cake too, a faux cake with a fountain and flowers. We had a dessert bar.
