Cherry Tomato Salad Recipe

You are going to want to make this tomato salad all summer long.
It is such a simple salad, but so delicious! I love serving this cherry tomato salad with pasta, pizza, or sandwiches. Make sure to use cherry tomatoes for this recipe, grape tomatoes don’t work as well.
Recipe:
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 5 basil leaves, chopped (about 2 tbsp)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
It stays great in the fridge for a few days so feel free to double this recipe!
