On January 9 I started this workout - could barely finish it, now in June I do 2 full reps at 50 seconds each. I also added 15 minutes on the treadmill walking/jogging. That along with cutting as much carbs/sugar as possible from my diet has resulted in almost 26 pounds lost. Thanks for this video!

I use to perform this workout back when i started 2 years ago. Later on I missed out on belly workouts. I was too taken away by my biceps and shoulder workout.. definitely felt great after a long time

I have been doing this work out for 2 and a half months now i did this plus more excersice and dieting when i started i was 255 pounds and 6 feet tall. I am young so that also helped me loose weight i now weight 203 pounds and happy to say this really works i am so thankful for this video im definetly stronger and feel better : it’s been 3 and a half months and my new weight is 188.3 pounds thanks so much been keeping a stable 186 pounds for weight loss all you need is cardio and a sustainable caloric deficit

It's okay to fail when working out. It's okay to not do all of the exercises. It's the motivation to do it in the first place that matters. Always try and never give up and your life will always come through for you. You're automatically healthier and happier than those who do nothing.

18/5/23 : DAY 1 : did around 95% of the exercise facing problems during v-ups and leg lifts, my legs feel extremely shaky but it will get better soon . aiming for 100% with no hiccups . 19/5/23 : DAY 2 : my legs were feeling weak so i did 1 hour of jogging covered 7400 steps. 20/5/23 : DAY 3 : i did 50% in day and 50% in night and ran around 5500 steps.

Thanks for your video! Humans pay the price for having excessive fat. I easily understood that I was overweight - my BMI was 26. Starting this for all the really out of shape folks(like me) My current weight is 184lbs & I’m trying to lose 10lbs Day 1: I could barely finish the third exercise without taking a break.. you can definitely feel the burn if you do these correctly. Will be back for day 2. (Update): i definitely forgot to keep you guys posted but i did this workout for 5 days instead of a full week on top of adding a 20-30minute run & lost 5 pounds!!

Starting this today weighing in at 312lbs(Had to reweigh with new scale cause old one was broken) on a 5’7” frame. Started diet 2 weeks ago and Will do weekly check in with weight progress. Wish me luck on the weight loss journey. Target weight is 250.

Weighed myself first thing this morning to provide a 7 day update. Starting weight was 312lbs. I weighed in this AM at 307 pounds. First few days of working out was harder than a M****F*****!! But the last few workouts have been easier. Gonna do one more week of a single round then gonna gradually add rounds to my workout. Be back in 7 days for the next update! Hoping to continue the weight shed 💪🏽

Good set of exercises and very encouraging video. Though I couldn’t do them all for the length of the period, I am hopeful off achieving the full set of exercises for the length of duration very quickly after regular practice.

Key word there you used at the end. Practice, form and getting it right, then worry about keeping up with the count down. Quality not quantity.

@@apnikalakaari6344 lost 12 kgs and reduced 4 inches of my hip. My worry is now the cost of wardrobe which has loose or clothes that are just a size too big for me now…😔😔

So ya I did it for 15 days each day for 45 mins and increases a bit amount of sets every day so ya the exercise works And my belly fat of 7 months is almost gone my stomach is almost straight further updated after 15 days

@@navodhcibi7748 truthfully yes it did. I was 280 and now I'm 269. I've been a lil inconsistent with my diet tho. I honestly think I could've lost more weight. I look like I've lost weight even tho I don't quite feel like it if you know what I mean. I have to stay consistent

Enjoyed this workout. Suggestion - you can edit the video to reduce gap between two exercises.

Don't take it as just a gap. It's a break time for your body between exercises.
