On January 9 I started this workout - could barely finish it, now in June I do 2 full reps at 50 seconds each. I also added 15 minutes on the treadmill walking/jogging. That along with cutting as much carbs/sugar as possible from my diet has resulted in almost 26 pounds lost. Thanks for this video!

@@eswarangomathinayegam8641 yup down 44 lbs and 10" off my waist. Thanks in large part to this workout, food choices and my treadmill. When i do this workout now it's for 1 min per and i do between 30-45 minutes on the treadmill

I use to perform this workout back when i started 2 years ago. Later on I missed out on belly workouts. I was too taken away by my biceps and shoulder workout.. definitely felt great after a long time

I have been doing this work out for 2 and a half months now i did this plus more excersice and dieting when i started i was 255 pounds and 6 feet tall. I am young so that also helped me loose weight i now weight 203 pounds and happy to say this really works i am so thankful for this video im definetly stronger and feel better : it’s been 3 and a half months and my new weight is 188.3 pounds thanks so much been keeping a stable 186 pounds for weight loss all you need is cardio and a sustainable caloric deficit

It's okay to fail when working out. It's okay to not do all of the exercises. It's the motivation to do it in the first place that matters. Always try and never give up and your life will always come through for you. You're automatically healthier and happier than those who do nothing.

18/5/23 : DAY 1 : did around 95% of the exercise facing problems during v-ups and leg lifts, my legs feel extremely shaky but it will get better soon . aiming for 100% with no hiccups . 19/5/23 : DAY 2 : my legs were feeling weak so i did 1 hour of jogging covered 7400 steps. 20/5/23 : DAY 3 : i did 50% in day and 50% in night and ran around 5500 steps.

Thanks for your video! Humans pay the price for having excessive fat. I easily understood that I was overweight - my BMI was 26. I really had problems which with this channel Practical Health speaks of. Thanks to its explanatory videos I shed 15 kg and really feel younger! My sleep and mood become better!

@@sarvangondi10 took me about 3 days but i wouldn’t recommend relying on others experience, I say keep going no matter what and see how YOU feel you might feel a change sooner or later, we got this 👍🏾

yo, will this workout be effectiveif i do it everyday? thinking about combining this along with a 100 pushups, and walking. but that would be too time consuming for me working 8 hours a day, going to college, and cooking

Starting this for all the really out of shape folks(like me) My current weight is 184lbs & I’m trying to lose 10lbs Day 1: I could barely finish the third exercise without taking a break.. you can definitely feel the burn if you do these correctly. Will be back for day 2. (Update): i definitely forgot to keep you guys posted but i did this workout for 5 days instead of a full week on top of adding a 20-30minute run & lost 5 pounds!!

I am seventy five years old, Just found this Video. I have a problem with belly fat. And I think his exercises might help. Going to try them out for a couple of weeks and see if there is a difference. Other than belly fat. I am in pretty good shape for my age, so I am told.

Maybe 118 kg whatever you do Because you're eating Also playing major than this Walking is better than HIIT workouts You can walk 365 days but you can't do heavy cardio daily it will increase your heart beat that's not good right?

Day 2 Nothing much changed But I have now More energy Compared to tommarow day 3 Today I watched 2 video this one and another video From this chanel titiled 7 day Loose fat challenge Today I am so tired And just wanna rest Day 40 or somrthing i stopped doing excercise for 1 whole month And i statrted doing excercise like 2 weeks ago But but I was eating junkfood For like 2 weeks Now i am back In Form now I will do it everyday and Never eat junkgood until i become fit. Starting this today weighing in at 312lbs(Had to reweigh with new scale cause old one was broken) on a 5’7” frame. Started diet 2 weeks ago and Will do weekly check in with weight progress. Wish me luck on the weight loss journey. Target weight is 250.

Weighed myself first thing this morning to provide a 7 day update. Starting weight was 312lbs. I weighed in this AM at 307 pounds. First few days of working out was harder than a M****F*****!! But the last few workouts have been easier. Gonna do one more week of a single round then gonna gradually add rounds to my workout. Be back in 7 days for the next update! Hoping to continue the weight shed 💪🏽

Yess exactly!! It's been more than a month for me doing these.. now i feel more energetic and it's easy than before to do these now.. I'm sure you'll also be able to.. at least do 5 times a week.. and try to increase the time upto 1 min for each exercise after a couple of weeks!

Key word there you used at the end. Practice, form and getting it right, then worry about keeping up with the count down. Quality not quantity.
