🌹Thank you for your gym workout videos. You explain the every aspect very beautifully. I am doing gym since my high school level till day. I am now 67 years old. I am a retired engineer from government of Karnataka State. Till today I am on gym workout at home gym. Main clarification is needed to me is: I am a hypertension person till 27 years and Diabetic since 22 years. I am comfortably managing my workout. I need your valuable advise sir.
