The growth of Sulek's channel shows that people are yearning for a more relaxed exercise experience that brings you along for the ride. Having watched your other two new videos I really like them enough information to know why you do it, but also not chasing optimal everything and doing what's good enough to make progress and in a way you can stick to.

Been watching you for about two years now but I especially loved the format of this video! Something about the conversational, longform tone makes it great for watching while getting my pre workout meals in

Bro, this new video format is so amazing! I've been watching you here and there before, but in the old format you were only more of the same. Now you've just become my current favorite youtuber with this style of video. So cool to see your thoughts on training for YOU and how the use of some "unconventional" lifts are being of great benefit. Also, the vid is not overly edited, no song during the sets, just pure training and wisdom. It's so great to watch something more chill like this. I know that changing the format might be bad in the beginning for you, but trust me bro, you'll grow a lot in the long term as you'll get people who are more interested in this kind of video. I'm now subscribe with the bell turned on for all notifications!

That quintuplet meditation wasn't fully unexpected with your background as a polyphia fan. Love to just de-rust my guitar skills with it because it basically uses all your fingers (and of course, is a kind of meditation). Love all that you do and have done in the industry, your videos have really helped me and your calm way of making them always make them a good watch. Pulling downwards usually means a pec minor problem, iirc they get more involvement when you pull downwards when you push your shoulders forward. But maybe not since your dips seemed to be fine when they generally involve lots of pec minor

First, love the vid…newer watcher for the channel so I don’t know if you answer comment questions but the content has been very helpful for me in terms of reconsidering how I choose my exercises. I’d like to ask about your technique for the dead-bench-press… Considering that you release your grip on most/all reps, why do you choose to ignore the eccentric portion of the movement. It seems deliberate but contrasts with some of the other advice I’ve received.

Can you show a program with minimal equipment? There is a big gap between someone like Daniel from Fitness FAQ showing how to use rings etc. and just showing using a power tower and some backpacks and how to get the most of things. It’s very basic, minimal and maybe feels blasé, but it would be different.
