I want to know one question that I am doing workout bit more than normal level 5 days a week ...and I am not taking diet just normal food ...but I have no problem in doing so....is it safe I am doing this from last 7 to 8 month but people are still telling me that take diet always I know my weight is underweight but I have no problem I think I have sufficient energy to do all kind of workout..please suggest anything or anything you want to say

Zaroori nhi ki wo jaisa kr rhe hai, bilkul waisa aap bhi kro............ye to unka ek group training video tha, I assume, jo bhi exercise krne ka mood hua, discipline se kr liya. Ho skta hai dono logo ka do alag alag pasandida exercise ho, aur dono ko apna favourite exercise krne ka mann ho to kr diya ek saath. Most probably, Ek saath mt kro se Jeet sir ka mtlb hoga ki use regular habit na bnao........ kabhi kabhi for a change kr liya, then that's ok 🙂

Bro i need a little help since last 3 weeks i am facing pain in my right shoulder as i try to bring my hand back down from shoulder press it sounds cracking and pains in shoulder due to which i am avoiding shoulder workout but still paining and swelled a little up..... And doing shoulder warm up daily but still façing problem.... please help.

Off course you have to come up with these kind of vlogs n with some extra knowledge like you mentioned about cold water... apart from that I need some info about how I put some weight on me again (lost around 16kg ,some health issues ) ,is carbs- creatine loading work for me initially or I have to change something with my diet plan ...hope you answer my question!! ✌️
