You were jee advance asprint ... Wow amazing . Because , I can relate this thing as , I am a neet asprint now . I have got the 12th board exam 2023 . Now , this one and half months , I am enjoying my gym life . Before , I was dull ,my weight was around 78 kg and height is 5ft 7.5 inches . Now , I lost 3.5 kilos and feel energetic . totally agreed with the point of change in the benches of the gym since even i faced that, but i take it from the powerlifting community, they have to adjust and perform their best in the competition despite these minute unfavourable conditions. Not pointing out anything to you brother but just information🙂💪

Should I avoid training lower chest in order to get that well shaped chest?? My trainer told me that lower chest excercises will cause undefined lower chest muscles. I'm so confused please help!

I’ve seen u do incline smith machine bench for a long time and you’ve got a great upper chest too. I’m relatively new to the gym and have been doing incline db bench for the upper chest, tried incline smith machine once but shoulders didn’t feel comfortable… any suggestions on should I incorporate it and if so how to gradually do it such that shoulders don’t take that stress. Thanks like always for the quality content my man!

bro do the angle of saket in incline smith machine but adjust the angle so that the bar comes just before your lower chest the pressure on your shoulder will instantly go away and also for the press make an arch on your lower back

Just a concern buddy, anyone that I've seen doing an incline press, the barbell/dumbbell always comes on the upper chest at the bottom position. In every tutorial etc, as well the same has been told and it just feels perfect. But I've noticed you getting the bar to your lower chest at the bottom position. Has that came after you already experimenting your bar path? If not then I feel you should try to think about the bar path, it will activate more muscles and will be easy on joints as well. Love your videos, assthetic assthetic right😂. Have a good training session ♥️

While you are in cut mode what should we do moderate wieght with more repetition like 25-30 or increasing weights till failure with 10 -12 repetition.. I am bit confused help me out.

i can do 35 incline dumbell curls(which is my failure) with 5kg dumbells with best form and slow tempo- feeling the muscle but when i try to do it with 7.5 my technique isnt that good ........ what should i do shift 7.5 or keep progessing with 5kg ones ( also i have been going to jim for about a month now)

Hello saket bruh i have a important question to ask hope u reply this lol its on my mind for many days so i have been on cutting for the last 6 months nc currently i m taking L Carnitine as my pre workout supplement for weight loss assist now the thing is that should i take or can use the BCAA PRO as my intra workout supplement or is it harmful to mix both supplements at the same time ...
