This is love right here!! The training, the screaming, the support, the friendship. All a big sign of love for training and being the strongest version of yourself. CT is one crazy dude, and I used to train with a guy from Iraq that was just like him. This is great and inspirational, I'm looking forward to more videos! Go strengthproject!

CT is doing a good thing for these kids. I may not agree with the way they are doing everything but what I do love is that he is creating a positive environment at the gym. Most gyms I walk into today have negative people who are sizing you up and look at you funny, especially the juice heads.
@gabriel.hongkong9 жыл бұрын
I think CT's son is trying his very best. And that's all you can ask of something. It is obvious he's trying to emulate his father, trying to impress him. But it's natural. A lot of us do it.
@yurimeyer75499 жыл бұрын
I totally agree with you-because I still try to impress and emulate my Dad- who also trains like CT, but I train harder than CT's son - while talking shit with my Dad. Great Dad's are precious and a " good son will always remember Dad".

What a bless to workout with your son... Hope we all can share that experience too!

I think it is great that Mr. CT is showing these guys how to train with intensity. I would like to see them slow down a bit on the dips and machine fly just so they can get the muscle contraction a little better. CT was doing them on point with dips he calls them "pause" reps. But overall I like it. you cannot be scared to push yourself.

I've heard it all before kid, it does not matter how heavy or how light you go, what matters is that you lift smart. You could pull something just the same getting out of bed or benching 300 lbs. It's about knowing your body and keeping the ego lifting in check. Personally I lift to be a combination of both BB and Weightlifter. I have 7 years lifting like this under the guidance of a power lifter and have never injured myself once. I've also been through two heart surgeries.

Going lower helps stretch your upper back and chest. with extra weight its better to stay at 90 deg. or higher. If you go lower its better to stick to less weight and strict form
