I have to thank you Mike. Thanks to you and C.T I've been able to almost double my deadlift and added about 50lbs on my squat in about 2-3 months. My girl also was also able to break some plateaus and increase her deadlift as well as squats.

I love doing pull ups with kettle bells. I find it pretty cool that we both do the same thing. Max out, and struggle to get a rep or two in, and then drop the weight and pull reps out. I love your vids and the content you all put out. Keep up the good work.

Yo mike I love the bent over rows bro,been training for 16 years never implemented bent over rows in my back training until today your video got me hype to do em and let me tell you I love it felt that sick pump also used a machine as well I'm hooked on bent over rows gonna start dead lifting as well. Bent over rows in the more upright position are usually referred to as "Yates Rows" after Dorian Yates. When performed correctly, the lats are in a mechanically much stronger position than the tradition bent over rows at 90 degrees that hits the upper back more. If you want to really target your lats then Yates Rows are the way to go.
