What do you think is more important: hitting front delts directly and relying on back to grow rears or hitting rear delts directly and relying on chest day to grow front delts?

@@eastonreichard9 truely depends on how hard you hit back / chest. For me, back is its own day, so I can allow my self to add rear delts on back day and hitting front delt directly on shoulder day always

@@Pmikesfit so what about forearms? Are forearms hit direct or do you think you should “kill two birds with one stone” by going no straps during back day??

@@eastonreichard9 to be honest, I’ve definitely been thinking about using straps, but for forearm specific training I would say most of it comes from the reverse bicep curl, those work wonders for the overall arm but you especially get a nice forearm pump
