What test are you using on your car that you can control the switches?

No test, just the bi-directional output controls section in my scan tool. Thinkdiag software.

Who would have thought that Traverse has a left and right low beam fuse. I learned that yesterday. BTW they are 10amps, not 15amps.

What bout if both low beams are inop while both high beams are operational?

I would start with the low beam relay. If thats good, check bulbs for continuity and both fuses 10amp and 15amp . If you get no success with those next thing to check is wiring harness.
