The way you tied it all together at the end was ridiculous. I couldn’t believe it was the same movement I was watching at the beginning. Amazing!

I absolutely love your channel and all the work and passion you put into each and every video. The way you train has many similarities to the way my late sifu used to train me and many other students. Thank you for taking the time to do what you do.

If something to remind from this video, it’s the regular jumping rope exercise. That’s the fundamental basis. From there literally everything can be built for boking footwork, from squats to salsa dance. I appreciate the guy in this video, feel humble personality and the decor where he trains is telling a lot. Well done man and best regards from Switzerland

Very nice fluid high level footwork brother. Every traditional martial artist should add this into their skill set. especially if you are mostly doing in and out kick you It’s so crucial to have good foot work. If you aren’t landing your shots then having good foot work can be the difference of not getting knocked out to you getting that nice clean entry to your strikes.

boxrope.com/chezcantere I’ve been using this one for awhile and it’s a really good rope. Held up for a very long time with everyday use and the weight for me is perfect for building up explosive speed. Try it out brother!!!

What rope are you using to jump?? I’ve noticed that boxers usually have very long jump ropes compared to others?? What’s the deal?
@CHEZCANTERE6 ай бұрын
I use this rope my bro boxrope.com/chezcantere As far as the length, it really all depends on the individual. For some, the added length just makes it harder thus, helping to build the stamina and endurance more than usual

Reach out to Rad Lopez at Peloton and see if you can be a guest instructor. Rad is a great instructor but it would be good if you showed up and showed him your intensity. I wish Peloton would take their boxing more seriously.
