I was never educated about what food does to you and I have allot to thank you for it. Thank you for your help. Your books are really good guidence.

Hey junior, can you share some of information you was given. I have eczema too, I'm 19, could you help me out brother. In terms of diet, exercise etc.
@junior51468 жыл бұрын
AdamF072 Yes absolutely bro. First things first you wont cure your eczema if you are using any topical steroids because it causes very serious addiction to your skin. Once you stop using topical steroids you will go through withdrawal (Google: Topical Steroid Addiction and Topical Steroid Withdrawal) and there is no way to say it: It will be one of the painful periods of your life. Luckily I only used hydrocortisone so it wasn't as painful for me and it didn't last as long, but if you are using stronger creams your skin will be more addicted and thus it will be more painful. As for exercise I did your regular weightlifting, but also allot of running because my theory is that supplying your body with oxygen and having your heart pumping "cleans" your system (I know it sounds wishy washy) For your diet you need to cut out as much processed foods as possible and try eating as fresh as you can. Trust me when I say that after a few weeks you will feel amazing. But a rule of thumb for me is that I try to eat home cooked meal + a big bowl of green vegetables on the side, every meal and drink two glasses of Apple Cider Vinegar every day. For supplements I used: Zinc Vitamin D Probiotics Omega-3 After a few months and when your skin has cleared up, you can go back to a regular diet but you will find that some foods will cause your skin to flare up like diary products, drinking coca-cola and eating chips, so keep in mind how much you are eating that stuff. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.

AdamF072 Thank you Adam, and I will be glad to hear from you. It will suck for a long time but trust me when I say that in the end of the day it will be totally worth it. I forgot to mention for creams try to stick to as natural as possible. I used Coconut Oil and it is really good. Good luck!

Love the Hat Paul. I love the message behind the noise in the background and the idea that the Zen Monk's Journey is from the Mountain top (Heaven ) back into the World (Noise) and yet they can dance and move as though in Peace. As though a Dolphin in water. As though an Eagle in the Sky. A cat in a tree. What more is there to reach for other than guiding others to the same place within themselves. A place that shelters them from the noise. Love you so much Paul. All-Ways! Jox

Paul Chek, I was out doing a 21K jog today, and went real easy doing a LSD run (I have to do that because I can't do 2 hours worth of cardio lol it has to be aerobics). Anyhow, felt fine, put plasters on me man boobs so I didn't get the nipples too sore and that worked, no joint problems but as I was running I had a bit of gas and indigestion ( need to go really on in the run but refused to do to circumstances). I finished feeling great, not even slightly out of breath. And sat down for awhile and walked home, suddenly a felt a popping sensation in the bowl and felt faint, vision blurred for 2 seconds and I held onto the footpath side rails for dear life (thought I was in trouble) my head began to fizz then it subsided almost as soon as it started and began again to fizz like crazy and suddenly stopped and I was alright again. Took the advice of my body and found somewhere to sit for 10 minutes next to a tree, nice on a tree! But WTF was that all about? I should be smart and listen to my body but if I do it seems that I had indigestion brought on by either not going to the toilet when I need to or some other problem. My gut feeling, excuse the pun, is there was a massive build up of gas and it was becoming toxic, never hold anything in that wants to come out!!!...but that was quite scary. However, you know this stuff better than me.

+TheScribe It could be toxicity from a bacterial dysbiosis and/or adrenal fatigue. It could be other things, but too many to list... You'd be wise to study my program titled "Healing Fungal and Parasite Infections" because a dysbiosis (bacterial imbalance) is essentially a parasite infection and they can cause a WIDE range of symptoms and symptom profiles that often confuse doctors and result in people getting put on all sorts of drugs and getting a wide range of mis-diagnosis... +Paul Chek Could an allergy to cheese have caused it? I noticed something later that made me suspect it, in fact Phoebe had said later that I ate a large amount of it without noticing. I'll tell you one thing, to train for a marathon one really has to get their sh^t together. Someone said to me once that running and training for a marathon quickly eliminates the posers and fools and those who don't train right or eat right and rest. It is a unforgivable kind of sport and takes no prisoners, better eat, sleep, drink and train intelligently for this. People actually die in marathons, so one really does have to take the training and health surrounding it very seriously. I've always wanted to do one though Paul. I get jealous of people every time I see a marathon on and excited about being in one. I don't want to live my whole life without running in one at least once! I always remember something Bruce Lee said about being honest to oneself and not lying to oneself. So this is me being honest to myself: I'm going to run a marathon, the time is right, but my health isn't up to par, my fitness level is great. The 13 mile training run exposed that I would perhaps be in big trouble after a 26.2 mile run, considering the 13 miler was LSD training and not really even pushing it. So, I need to completely clean the diet out otherwise I can't run the marathon. It is as simple as that. In someways marathon training does indeed expose the posers and fools, it uncovered something I've ignored so time to change that.
@PaulChekLive9 жыл бұрын
+TheScribe Yes, it certainly could be the cheese. I think if you study and apply the teachings and methods in my book "How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy!", you will save yourself A LOT of time, energy, pain, money, and radically improve your marathon training performance. I know something about marathon training....I had 10 of the athletes I coach make it to the Olympic trials in 1988 and have been a therapist to many of the world's top marathon runners, and even wheel chair marathoners. It sounds to me like this marathon is a needed "right of passage" for you, as it is for so many...so now that you know what 13 miles feels like, you know what is in store for you; the real challenge begins at 19 miles, which is called "the wall" by marathoners. Remember, anyone can walk a marathon when they are too tired to run (because they didn't eat, live and train properly), but that's not gong to give you the sense of accomplishment I sense you are looking for...just another "social gathering".... I have shared enough information on my video blogs here on this channel to teach anyone enough to really get healthy and even train well if they are actually paying attention, and I have a large number of letters from people from around the world that have done just that. This is good time to have a dream bigger than your current conception of yourself; when you have a big enough dream, you don't need a crisis. Yes, people do die in marathons, but not because they were participating in a social event...because they "gave it their all!" and that is the way to die. If you are ready to give it your all, follow the "free" teachings I've offered everyone here, and do the specific questionnaires and self-tests in my book and you will be able to look yourself in the mirror and know you really grew, and became something more for yourself as you cross the finish line. Hey Paul, great video. I liked your comment about feeling high from tai-chi. I usually get a similar high feeling from doing that kind of exercise but 1-2 hours later I seem to emotionally/mentally crash from this high. Is there a reason for this? How can that be avoided?
@PaulChekLive9 жыл бұрын
+Scott Franke HI, Some points to consider regarding your question: 1. It takes, as a general rule of thumb, about 100 consecutive days with a minimum of 20 minutes of quality practice to develop any significant increase in your overall level of chi or life-force energy. If you are inconsistent, or are not practicing properly, then you will have very short-lived results. 2. Tai-chi and related work-in practices "bring energy in", but often, people have so many energy draining habits that they burn up what they create before they get to their next work-in session. Here are some of the areas that people need to improve to get longer lasting results: A. Diet and lifestyle factors: nutrition, hydration, sleep, breathing, thinking (negative, self-defeating or self-destructive thoughts), and movement (too much, too little, or the wrong kind for their needs). B. Environmental stress factors, such as ELM pollution, chemicals, noise, clutter.... C. Wearing synthetic clothing, which disrupts your energy field, creating inner-confusion. Work on being consistent for 100 days straight, and follow the work-in principles in my book HTEM&BH! and I suspect things will start changing. You may want to find a good Master to practice under. My primary teacher of tai-chi is Master Fong Ha, and you can see what resources he offers on his web site at: www.fongha.com Love and chi, Paul Chek

Thanks for sharing wisdom !

+Vitalik Alexa HI, When swim training is the most important element of training, resistance training should "supplement" your swimming. A very common mistake made by athletes and their coaches is to use resistance training on the off days from swimming (and most sports in general). The result is that the athlete doesn't get any chance to recover, to heal. Therefore, what I recommend athletes (particularly when in season) do is to go to the gym after swimming. If needed, take a break for 10 or 15 minutes, eat a little something (a little on the sweeter side, such as an apple or a healthy shake), but not too sweet or your blood sugar will crash while training. Once you've rested and brought your blood sugar up some, choose the most important exercise based on your immediate needs and do a good job of that one. If you have more energy to use after that, choose your second most important exercise and complete that...Start by doing only what you can do well in the gym after swim training, and this will push your energy systems into growth, and your musculoskeletal system will also be stressed additionally with the additional micro-trauma from weight lifting atop of swimming. This approach should be staged so that you do your swimming + strength training on your "heavy training days" and the next day should be either off (ideally) or your lightest swim training day. This way, you undulate between high stress periods and low stress periods, allowing a higher quality of recovery to support the increased demand of training (particularly on days you add strength training). As your body adapts, you will get stronger, and you will have a higher quality of rest on rest days, allowing you to grow more effectively with less chance of injury or over-training. This is how I train elite athletes to both reach new levels of performance, and avoid burnout. If you want to reach your potential as an athlete, it would be wise to consider taking my Chek Exercise Coach program so you can learn to effectively design your own programs, assess yourself properly (and others), and master exercise technique in a wide variety of important exercises ranging from stabilization to power training. You will also find my program design correspondence courses and my little book "Movement That Matters" very helpful. Love and chi, Paul Chek

+Robert Daudish You may be seeing "prana", with is life-force energy that permeates everything in space and can be seen as moving specks of light (sometimes a bluish color, sometimes black). It can be seen when looking into empty space at a diagonal to the sunlight. Practice looking for subtle energies when you just finish your work-in sessions and you will "learn to see them", and then you will probably be able to see them consistently. Love and chi, Paul Chek

Paul, I have been suffering from neck pain for about a year now. It started off as back pain 2 years ago, but now I don't feel it in my lower back unless I do some heavy lifting all day at work. The neck pain is in the base of my skull. It causes my sinuses to clogg up and when I sneeze my ears become EXTREMELY ITCHY and i get a "tingling sensation" behind my eyes. I have had it adjusted by a Nucca Chiropractor a few times with temporary relief but the pain comes back a little worse each time. Any suggestions on what I should do or who I should see for treatment? I was thinking maybe a Crainal Sacral Therapist? Thanks Paul, your the best!

You'd be wise to find a Chek Practitioner Level 3 or 4, and/or an HLC 3 Practitioner to work with. +Paul Chek Thank god for your existence!!!! I am grateful for your work and knowledge and humbled and inspired by your urge to help your kind. I have noticed great improvements in tension release in breathing, especially my upper neck and ribcage . I watched your video on Abdominal toning, I experimented with 2/3's of the breath on my belly and 1/3 of the breath with the chest. Now every time I focus on the technique right after than belly to chest wave, I hear a loud crack in my mid spine (not painful). That's, where I was feeling discomfort for past like 2 years! Em... I would like to note that my spine is crackling a lot. I take a breath it cracks and I would wiggle around while it pops and cracks and snaps, could it be vit D deficiency? At age 17 (I'm 21) , I would get that jawing reflex to get me a satisfactory inhale, leaving my throat feel this odd sensation almost like trying to swallow air or like unsatisfaction. I've been doing working in and stretching exercises since you replayed and I've improved without a doubt. I sleep better which makes me feel better. I have a rhythmic sleep discorded, nothing saver, just shake side to side to make me comfortable till I fall a sleep. I would love to just lie on my back and fall asleep in stillness! I need to get my spine checked, meanwhile do you have any advice? Thanks Paul, Love and chi to you too :))) I'm literally am slapping my chest, my mid ribcage ( feel something sensitive there), my abdominal and my throat (when tapping i'm choking), to get me to relax and breath properly! :/
@rudolfsauzins35228 жыл бұрын
+rudolfs auzins Greetings Paul, how are you? I am grateful for your replays and knowledge shared! Really interesting facts and great vision you have as a human being! Now I had to scratch the misleading or baldly observed information I gave you :) I'd like to apologise for wasting your time :D As I continued exploring the concept of health I realized more about my habits and traumas I have enrolled in. A deeper research enlightened me and made me seek knowledge. I';m sharing this so that I can perhaps help others not to give up if the result of your first attempt wasn't the one to quench the thirst. As a newborn I was born with some genetic mutation which had my left foot toes (digits (III) and (IX)) unpleasing to look at, (they where fused together and ugly) judged by my mom. Doctors labelled it "gigantism" and with my moms decision, they decided to operate and remove these 2 toes. I've had few operation involving his foot as a child, maybe like 5, as the bone would grow disproportion to other bones, hence gigantism. As life went on and I grew, it was noticeable that I'm fairly short compared to other boys even shorter and skinnier than my twin brother. So my mom and I went to Endocrinolog to inquire about my short being... they prescribed me steroids. I received maybe like 5 shots and my doctor was kinda wiry to such methods. This was when I was like 16. I started to smoke at a very young age, probably 7-10 :D which is fucked up. I'm 21 now 174 cm tall and weighing in at 65 kilos. As a young boy (16) I wanted to get stronger and "luckily" my step fathers "friend" gave him a free bench press with some weight :) I was motivated. Now prior to this I would spend some time on the computer playing an addictive video game and sit a lot in school. I can backtrack and fit the pieces of puzzle together to give me a bigger picture of what I am dealing with here. I have a posterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulders and a forward head posture accompanied by winging of my left scapula (that's why my shoulders seemed uneven) A lot of sitting and benching isn't a way to get stronger! What's really fucked up though is the fact as a human we basically balance on our 2 legs right? :P and any imbalances in the foot will cause a chain reaction or the domino affect throughout the overall system. (sorry about cursing, I am really passionate) I have burnt myself out with weights. I found myself not too motivated to do anything especially since I like to roll some of that sticky icky :P Soooo... my question to you Paul is....:) How do I get my life together and use my time sparingly to make something out of myself! I'm aware that I can become someone... But yet I can't just be drifting along clouds and imagining everything is great, you know what I mean? :) I use movement as medicine and work with my body to become the master of my frame. Love, chi and wish to become free.

Paul, how does one love the duality of life. I.e. how can I love the so called 'bad/negative' times/emotions as much as the good?
@PaulChekLive9 жыл бұрын
+Primal Move Australia First of all, by realizing that neither can exist without the other...the long and short define each other, hot and cold define each other, heaven and hell define each other... Second, by realizing that change and gravity are the only permanent feature of existence and nature; happy all the time, good all the time = stagnation, which only leads to unhappy and not good... Third, it is only through the experience of opposites that we can become conscious. The subtle realm of Creation is "SUPER-CONSCIOUS", which is akin to a super-positional state in quantum physics (everything is One) and the material realm is the home of the Unconscious, between which, life exists as pulsating forms (alternating between relatively yin and yang states of expression. Therefore, we can't truly come to know ourselves, appreciate life, beauty, and the reality of THE CREATION as unconscious, or super-conscious expressions of ourselves. If you were not in this energetic reality, you couldn't look at the stars and wonder....you couldn't sit next to the ocean and watch the sun come down (in the West) and be amazed at the beauty, you couldn't fall in love and know you had the choice to do, or not do so.... The secret is to enjoy the show, know you have a staring role in it, and enjoy really being that person fully. This is how life really works. Love and chi, Paul Chek

+Paul Chek Thank you Paul, love your insights! I am reading Walter Russell's work at the moment and he makes mention of similar things. One follow up question, what do you mean by'the material realm is the home of the Unconscious"? Wouldn't the material world be home of the conscious? As in we are becoming conscious of our GODliness in the material realm?
