Love this daily routine for heart and lungs. It's so refreshing. Speaking of refreshing, I found this new Astirna New Tab extension that helps me stay on top of my tasks while I focus on my health.

I was diagnosed with transverse myelitis (which is paralyzing). I recovered but with many problems with my heart, lungs, pancreas and numbing. No medication has worked. I can already breath better after this simple 10 minute exercise. Thank you!

Thank you so much. I was very sick. Heart palpitations and very painful and constricted bronchial tube and lungs 🫁 and after just one session I was able to get up and visit a friend. My palpitations calmed right down and it was so much easier to breathe. I will continue until the healing is complete. I am so very grateful. I really felt like I was at death’s door, and now I am feeling so much better. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️😊

Dear gigong meditation 🧘♂️ here is a tip for you exercise with your bare feet on the ground,the earth is full of ions will remove all health issues,plus will ground us and connect us to the earth,it also contains vitamin D,phosphorus which helps with strong bones and much more also aids weight loss ,we have lost our connection to mother earth ,I feel amazing after doing this for the last month 😀

This is fantastic. I had a wonderful doctor who used to inject vitamin in to my muscles after i'd been in a bad accident and i was bedridden As soon as i could get up, which was surprisingly soon - i started doing Qi Gong. One of the places he would inject was that point in the left shoulder spot. I have reoccurring asthma - but i believe it is more from tension due to whiplash. These exercises are great for releasing that tension.
