Susie obviously has a relative on the Chicago Board of Health. Regarding their milk shakes, I once ordered a banana shake and they made it with chocolate ice cream. The 15 year old who took my order said that all their shakes are made with chocolate ice cream. That's how they make 'em. Susie's has been around a long time, but so has the flu.
