Chicken and chorizo rice bake

How much rice and how much chicken stock,?. I find it difficult to get the dunnes simply best products they don't always have in stock. Also your garlic crusher has been out stock in Dunnes for months now how can I get one ?. Thank you

4oz rice for 500ml of stock 1 tsp butter too
