Chicken chilly fry in Goan bread by Chef Rego from Goa

Freshly baked Goan bread go well with multiple accompaniments. Today i have prepared a simple yet Goan favourite, chicken chilly fry to stuff my fresh bread with. Chilly fry mainly consists of the spicy dry chilly and onions you fry the meat / fish with. Its a well known quick and simple recipe and this is my version of it. Ingredients
Boneless shredded chicken - 200 grams
Shredded onions - 2 nos
Green capsicum shredded - 1 no
Tomato shredded - 1 no
Dry red chilly sliced - 2 nos
Green chilly shredded - 2 nos
Garlic shredded - 5 nos flakes
Ginger shredded - Half inch in size
Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon
Tomato sauce - 1 tea spoon
Fresh coriander - 3 table spoons
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
