Latif, you should have your own TV show and cookbook! Presentation is excellent, content is informative, inspirational, and entertaining and your teachings produce very good results, which is a lot more than can be said for the majority of 'mainstream' TV cookery shows and cookbooks.

I've missed you 😻thanks for recipes and great video's. One thing I've missed is my curries since living in Turkey and you inspire me to make my own and have a feast with fiends and party. All your recipes are flavoursome, authentic and straightforward to make and you make it look so easy for everyone to feel that they too can have a go and have a curry night themselves! Now you know what your videos mean for us and how grateful we are to have you to help us make a taste of home. 😿

I didn’t have time to make the base gravy. I followed the rest of the recipe, when i tasted it needed tempering ( as per adding gravy), but i noticed part of the bg was cream, so i added water and thick yoghourt to finish. It was AMAZING. Best ‘curry’ i have ever cooked.❤❤❤❤

Hi, I am British, and used to go for a curry once a week on average. Now I live in France, there are fewer curry houses over here, and IMO they just nowhere near as good as good ole UK Indian restaurants. I've watched so many of your videos in the last couple of days, and I am salivating. Your tips are great and I love your enthusiasm. Keep up the great work. Thank you for all your videos. Merci beaucoup !

I made this last night- minus the extra chili peppers, used half a Serrano so as not to blow my parents ears out haha- it was just as good as the local restaurant. Thanks for the recipe. Amazing as always. Definitely the best BIR channel out there by a mile. Any plans for a book? I like to make a proper curry at the weekend a couple of times a month but I’d love to see a mid-week type recipe - like something that can be thrown together after work that doesn’t take an age but still tastes half decent. Actually, maybe I should just freeze my weekend curries lol
@deyh56642 жыл бұрын
You can make a curry from scratch in max 20 minutes easily. Plenty of recipes out there, i personally only use my familys ages old recipes as they are much better imo. But those secrets i cannot share lol. :)
@isyt12 жыл бұрын
@@deyh5664 would take me longer than 20 minutes to be honest. Dry frying the herbs and then grinding them takes time. Cutting the meat and washing and cutting the veggies too. The onions alone I tend to fry for more than 20 minutes especially if I’m not using a base gravy. Also l like to use chicken tikka which needs marinading for a few hours minimum
