Love to see Japanese recipes on here. It wouldn't be authentic, but for anyone who sees this video and says "I can't have deep fried food!" cooking them in the air fryer as an alternative for any katsu style dish is a great healthy alternative.

It’s definitely not authentic as it’s made with pork usually. However, this is pretty close to the real thing and tastes just as good. Definitely healthier ways but full flavour is fried

In the U.S., the 🍞 bread, specifically what type and where to get it, is the most difficult thing to find. We can learn how to make something when we have all the necessary ingredients. For whatever reason, sando/milk bread is very difficult to find state-side. Thank for this video. Hopefully I'll find the bread soon.

@christianoliver3572 you don’t fry in anything other than vegetable, peanut, sunflower etc which are all neutral and have higher smoke points. Each oil has their own characteristics and used for different purposes and cuisines
