1 Medium size onion
1 medium size tomato
2 tbsp ginger garlic
3-4 green chilis
1 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
3 tsp curry powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
4-5 cardamom
1 tsp tamarind
1 small size lemon
Cinnamon sticks
Curry leaves and pandan leaves
Salt to taste
