This Chicken Marinara is a simple way to jazz up simple boneless skinless chicken breasts. All I do here is sear off some chicken breasts in the pan, then slice them into about 1/2 inches pieces. I lay those pieces down in a the same (oven proof) pan, and top them with some of my homemade marinara sauce (I always have some in the freezer).
To complete the dish, top with some cheese and then move under the broiler for 5 minutes or so, until the top is melted and all gooey! It's a bit like chicken Parmesan casserole. With some pasta, and nice slide salad this is a perfect dish!
