I just came here to say I'm a SOUTHERNER and I make a killer parmo. And I just had one with a steak. I might go into cardiac arrest but I don't regret that parmo.

Takeaways fry their chicken after its been coated in breadcrumbs. in this video I deliberately oven bake mine to make them slightly better for you. For speed you could pop them in a fryer and also batch make your bachemel sauce.

Really interesting recipe, I never considered baking instead of frying! I suppose there's enough grease in the cheese, so maybe frying is overkill. Looks like it turned out delicious as heck

Hey, thankyou ☺️. I genuinely prefer them cooked this way, they're so good and I think the frying is just another unnecessary unhealthy addition. Although i happily settle for fried Parmo on the way home from a night out from the local takeaway
