【Chicken Tofu】Is this tofu or chicken meat? Smoother than tofu, and more nutritious | LaoFanGu
Hi, Friends, Master Sui will show everyone a century-old dish: chicken tofu. It is also one of the Chinese National Banquet dishes.
The idea of this dish originates from the idea used in Szechuan Taoism's vegetarian food. Szechuan Taoism's food is famous for plant-based substitutes for meat products. Chicken tofu adopts the same idea, however is meat-based substitutes for vegetarian products.
The chef makes use of chicken broth and chicken breast, to make the final dish smooth like tofu and the soup savory. It is good for both young and old. This dish looks simple to make, but requires quite some techniques. You are welcome to have a try and can show off at family parties!
