“辣子鸡”和“辣子鸡丁”最明显的区别在于,辣子鸡一般选整鸡带骨剁成小块,而辣子鸡丁则选用鸡胸肉或者去骨鸡腿肉。辣子鸡做为典型的重庆江湖菜,麻辣味较重,并且鸡肉经过油炸偏硬但酥脆。而传统川菜辣子鸡丁口味相对更加柔和,肉丁软嫩。虽说只有一字之差,但两道菜各有千秋,并且都非常下饭。
