@@busybees6862 first six months nothing change nor loose but I stick in my decision.. gradually one yr ayapolekkum almost 8 kg kuranju pinne superb confidence ayi .. with in two yr I loose 75 kg ayi 14 kg ,… Pinne kurachu koode hardwork chythu 70 Ethichu .. Epol oru six month il pinnem oru 3 kg kurachu.. I am 172 cm height person so 67 ok anu Enikku Epol ellarum chodikkan thudsngi enthengilum asugham undonnu 😃😃.. only me knows my hardwork behind this . But Excercise and healthy lifestyle I always follow 🥰😍
