He is very active on social media and his team runs a very well subscribed youtube channel covering versatile topics& interests. He is regularly being invited on national & international TV shows for his intellectual contribution. He is an influential speaker. Millions of people are getting benefit from his videos on medical education, FCPS training, parenting, relationships, human wellbeing and various other social issues.
Govt of Punjab has recently assigned him the role of member, Punjab Health Policy Board.

First of all... bachoon ka young age sy screen time fix kren....after 9pm dont take your phone with you in the bedroom... be a role model for kids. We parents do everything... watch all the serials movies...snapchat facebook whatsapp etc... we think kids are kids they have no feelings... eventually kids have strong feelings in young age but they can not express.... after that communication is very important... we live in a difrent worlds now....we adults also need to change and adop new things... Of course Parents are over protective..that means they care...and world is scary these days...hang in there kids and parents...its hard to be a kid and its just as hard to parent.
