You know what’s worse? He claims to not be a user. Meaning this man, IF he by chance isn’t actually a user (unlikely), brought a drug he himself is entirely unfamiliar with, to drug a fifteen year old boy and probably get that kid hooked on METH. He drove a school bus. He knows 15 year olds are.. little boys still. They’re KIDS still. He knows the immaturity. And he was willing to put drugs in this child’s backend, when he himself is entirely unfamiliar with the drug, it’s effects, it’s warning signs, etc. The fact he’d take that risk with a child is somehow worse to me than if he was a seasoned user. That’d make more “sense”. Him bringing drugs, would make sense. Hed at least know how to administer. If he isn’t a user that means he’s entirely willing to just experiment with meth on this literal child…

Let's say you get arrested tomorrow for a crime you didn't commit. Do you want to be held in jail until you have a trail where you are proven to be innocent or do you want to be out on bond? Our system is based on the fact that you are assumed to be innocent until it is proven that you are guilty. Our system protects innocent people even at the cost of letting guilty people out for a time until their trial. I happen to like that. I don't want innocent people sitting in jail. We let people out or don't let them out based on two things: are they likely to show up for their trial or are they likely to run? Are they likely to be a danger while they are out, will they commit more crimes? A judge looked at what the prosecutor put in front of him and what the defense put in front of him and decided that for this guy, holding $5,000 of his dollars will be enough to assure that he shows up for his trial. The part about hurting others while out has nothing to do with the dollar amount. No amount will stop him, that is a judgement call. And remember the judge is assuming he is innocent. He will have a trial, he will be found guilty and at that point he will be held and treated as a criminal. I happen to also think that prison should be humane so I don't like this fact, but you may like the fact that his life will be miserable in prison. When he has to show his papers to the shot callers and they see what he is in for, unless he has money to pay "rent" he will be treated horribly and he doesn't look like he has the kind of money he would need to pay rent.

@@phlebiax5592 And who cares if it's without a needle? It was filled with narcotics, and he brought it, knowing he was meeting a child. Do you know how easy it is to find a needle? Walgreens. Shoot, you can even get one from most hospitals. It's just some dumbass "loophole" that some, know-it-all sovereign citizen philosopher would try to use to get out of a drug charge. "Oh, how could I _ever_ have used it. I don't even have a needle." Give me a break. So... what I said was Correct. You're just moving a goalpost. Now it's not, "loaded syringe" it's, "loaded syringe with a needle." Effectively you're correcting me when there's no need to so you can spread your agenda. You say you're, "not coming up for that person", but that's exactly what you're doing. Your words are dismissing the fact that he did - indeed - have a loaded syringe filled with dangerous street drugs that he brought knowing that he had set up a meeting with a child... because, "The syringe was WITHOUT a needle..." What could that possibly mean? What are you saying exactly? Well... my comment was, "So he brought a loaded syringe to a child? That's clear cut death penalty in my book." Your response to my comment was, "If people watched the video before commenting... The syringe was WITHOUT a needle... You can also see that on 8:14... I'm not coming up for that person, but just only the ability of watching and reading instead of giving an opinion right away..." So let's break it down. I don't think we need to break it down on some deconstructionist... every single word, but I feel like there's two main points that you're making. Firstly, your comment about the syringe not having a needle. Which I'll come back to after your second point. If I'm understanding you correctly, you have some resentment for people commenting before they've got the, "full story". Fine. Again, I wasn't wrong. I never mentioned the needle. We can both agree that he had a, "loaded syringe", right? Is it really that important that the syringe didn't have a needle? So much so that you're going to slam on the breaks on my post, and say that I'm some reactionary because I called for God/Government Sanctioned capital punishment? To a 60 year old, all ages bus driver who was going to give a child an opportunity to do intravenous methamphetamines before sexual exploiting that same child? I would say, "Wow! You really knocked me off my soapbox." But I won't, because you didn't. We both agree that he came with a syringe full of poison. You just really needed to slow my anger down, and the 10 likes I had, because it was getting out of control. The anger! So you're going to do bus driver a favor by making sure that everyone is aware that there wasn't a needle on the syringe. Nothing has changed. If you give needles to children, you need to be put down. That's just an innate truth that I was born with. So what's your point? You're trying to help old Freddy Kruger out? Or you just inadvertently did it because you don't agree with my beliefs?

The worst parts for me: everything he brought with him (especially the drugs - BULLSHIT he wasn't aware of their addictive nature), the entire conversation he had with "the minor" aka the police, the fact that he was a school bus driver and had kids of his own, his laughter during questioning, and the cell phone discovery at the end. 🤢🤮🤬

I said the same to myself in disgust when I saw he was almost immediately released for a few hundred dollars. I say they should get a few years in prison for this and made an example to deter others. If there's evidence of a history when caught in a setup, then it should be at least decades, life, or death. Part of me is relieved to see that this was likely his first attempt and failed, perhaps rehabilitation is possible, but if the deeds already been done, well I don't believe they need to be alive anymore. It reduces resources while reducing reoccurrences.
@tevarinvagabond119211 ай бұрын
He is released on bond, which means he has a court date. He wasn't actually caught in the act doing anything, otherwise they could have him in jail until the court date. The law isn't just designed to be fair only for good people, it's fair for bad people as well. Once he is convicted he will go to prison for the rest of his life, there's no doubt about that. But until then, they have to make sure they do everything properly to ensure he gets to prison with the right evidence.

I say un-alived ASAP to these type of humans. Don't waste tax money on unrepairable parasites by housing them for life. Make public examples of their executions to deter others makes a lot of sense to me, but I think there is an agenda going on in America. I'll say maybe a few years in prison for this fellow as it's is seemingly his first attempt into this arena and failed. Maybe there's hope he'll keep it to animals if locked up for a few years to think about it and not be able to act on anything impulsive as rehabilitation, but of course you know what the Bible says the punishment is for getting it on with animals as humans, right? Yeah, so like I said at the beginning.
