My son requested this dish for his birthday dinner. The best part was that he helped me cook it. Thanks for the recipe. It's now a family favorite.

*Happy New Year* That looks Delicious! Tip: When buying whole fish a good way to check for Freshness! is Clear! White eyes. I noticed your snappers eyes were Blood Shot. Look for firm to the touch, clear eyes and no fishy smell.... Good Luck! 🐟

I love a good recipe with a story! Im so gonna try it this weekend! If I can't find snapper, what fish do you recommend?
@JeffandJosPuertoRicanKitchen
@JeffandJosPuertoRicanKitchen 3 жыл бұрын
Whoo!! Good luck, I'm sure its going to be awesome! If you can't find snapper, this method should work with almost any whole fish that is about the same size (or bigger if you have a bigger pot). What you can find will depend a little bit on where you live; freshwater fish like crappie or trout could do well; also tilapia is often easy to find and would work.

Now Jeff, i know you didn't just cheat and use some Goya Adobo seasoning loaded with MSG when in other videos you had your own. 🤣🤣🤣 Bromenado pero good job as always looks good and can't wait for the next video so I can add to my recipe. Bendiciones.
