This beef celery dumpling recipe is anther one of my favorite dumpling recipes. The crunchy celery texture with juice beef is a prefect match!

Filling ingredients :
1lb beef
300g chopped celery
20g Chopped ginger
70g chopped green onions
2 eggs
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cooking wine
1/4 tsp five spice powder
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Sichuan peppercorn powder
Dumpling Sauce:
4-5 Cloves of garlic chopped
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Sichuan pepper corn oil
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Chinese Vinegar
1/2 tbsp Sugar

Oh my 🤩🤤 I love cooking. I ended up learning how to cook late… was 20 over, became a mom, still didn’t know how. Watch video asked everyone I could . Now I enjoy cooking. Have my kid and niece test everything… if a kid won’t eat it don’t make it…one chef told me when started to learn. No my mom did not teach me my mom hated cooking / the kitchen herself. I on the other hand love it. My kids and other kids in the family like to join me in the kitchen. Add occasions I prefer the kitchen to myself. And so far every food I see I want to learn how to make so I go for it trial and error helps to learn food. Here goes

Have you tried vietnam rice paper spring rolls? It's different but better than nothing!

What you can do, is take the dumpling filling and roll them into meatballs. Then eat them with noodles. A great noodle alternative are those Chinese bean noodles. Taste nothing like beans and have a great chew like dumpling skin :)
