Chinese people are very competent and streetsmart. I went on a tour in Yunnan, and the tour guide was only 21, but she conducts herself like any seasoned professional. Her sales pitch was so good that our bus load of tourists just bought whatever she sold, almost.

Wow! I gotta give China credit. I like how they think about localizing the skills and management of all these things. Compared to Europeans who only want to maintain control and power. So much done in cooperation with China versus very little accomplishment with Europe for hundreds of years.
