There's already tons of Americans propaganda, especially for the military, you just don't see it as propaganda because you've accepted it as normal or already agree with the message. Just about every action movie that features the U.S Army in any wat has "military advisors" on board in exchange for funding and getting to use Army equipment which would otherwise be completeltly unaffordable. Marvel is especially bad about it, Captain Marvel was basically a big recruitment ad for the Air Force. Same goes for Call of Duty, also gets funding and "advice" from the actual Pentagon. Of course the US still has plenty of cool-looking propaganda visuals with the same basic messages as the Soviet ones like "Don't Smoke", "support our military", "keep your workplace safe and clean" or "we are a cool diverse country where people of all cultures can come together". But again, you might not recognize it as propaganda.
