CHINESE-STYLE CHICKEN FRIED RICE WITH EGG || EASY TO FOLLOW RECIPE || WHITNEY'S KITCHEN JAMAICA

This Chicken Fried Rice was better than takeout in my opinion. Try it for yourself and let me know what you think!
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 Oz de-boned chicken breast (cut in strips)
- 3 cups cooked rice (1 day old Jasmine used in this recipe)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (or a little less than)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp chicken seasoning
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 eggs, whisked
- Oil (olive oil used in this recipe)
- 3 Oz mixed veg (frozen veggies used in this recipe)
- 2 pegs garlic, grated
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- dark soy sauce
- mushroom flavored soy sauce
- fresh escalliion, chopped

Friend rice in Jamaica is made differently than in other countries, idk what the difference is but whenever i come home i Love Jamaican Chinese resturant fried rice compared to the foreign shit.
