That looks so good. I love it when it's stuffed with water chestnuts. The restaurants now cut down the amount they put in now. Excellent presentation and can't wait to try it. 😋

Perfectly put together video. Tried but cake not firm, even after leaving it in the fridge for one night. Why?

Thank you! The mixture might have not been thick enough before placing in the container. When you mix the chestnut flour liquid into the sugar water, make sure the heat is off. And mix it in slowly in three parts. For the first part, mix it well until it’s thick before adding the remaining mixture. Also, make mix in “one” direction only vs switching between clockwise and counter-wise. Hope this helps!
