Chocolate Crinkle Cookies - Made with a Box of Cake Mix! | One Pot Chef

Take a box of ordinary cake mix, add a couple of basic ingredients and turn it into the most delicious cookies ever! All you’ll need is some eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla extract, plus a little powdered sugar for dusting - give it a go!
Ingredients:
1 Box of Regular Cake Mix (I used Chocolate)
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil (I used Canola)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup of Icing Sugar (aka Powdered Sugar)
Preparation Time: About 15minutes + Chilling Time
Baking Time: About 10 - 12 minutes
MAKES APPROX.14 COOKIES (depending on size)

When I started nursing, a lot of staff members would give attitude, and treat you bad. But that just made me a stronger nurse. Nursing itself is very tough, but the impact you have on your patients and their families is priceless ! Never give up!

i made tried recipe like this a few months back but it was called cool whip cookies 1 box cake mix 1 8 ounce cool whip 1 egg mix together in a bowl and roll into balls in icing sugar bake at 350f for 12 to 15 minutes, it looked just like the cookies in the video and tasted just how he described, they were awesome i tried lemon cake mix, definitely try them out their really easy to make, im definitely gonna try the crinkle cookies recipe

I have a couple of mixes in the cupboard and will for sure be giving at least one a go! Hmmm...I have some toasted pecans, too, so I think I'll use a chocolate mix and chop up some pecans to go into them. I also have some homemade caramel sauce that I might drizzle on top when they've cooled, to get a kind of turtle cookie! Thanks, David!!
