1 delicious chocolate ganache… 3 ways to frost! 🍫💞
Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream to a simmer. Remove from heat, add 1 cup dark chocolate chips; cover 3-4 min., then whisk until smooth. (Reheat in very short spurts if needed to melt any stubborn chips) Add vanilla and salt as desired.
#1 - Use warm as a glaze for cupcakes, cakes, doughnuts, eclairs, and more 🍩
#2 - Cool to room temp. (or chill, stirring every 5 min. until thickened), and use as a gorgeous spreadable frosting 🤤
#3 - Cool (see above), then whip in 4 Tbsp. room temp. butter (1 Tbsp. at a time) until thickened like whipped cream. Transfer to a piping bag and use immediately. 👩🍳
