Hey Buff Dudes! Here's something that I think would make an interesting video, because the project has been over for a year, and we're getting to a point where us Bros are about to enter the Bulking mode. Make a self critique/analysis of your Bulking program for Beginners and with Louis/Lewis last year. Maybe an examination; was there too much exercise variation for a beginner to learn over the course of the program, how to emphasis food more, who the program is for, what kind of progress he/you both made, etc. It may just be me, but I feel like that series left unfinished and, now that Fall is just around the bend, it would be a good time to examine alternate/varying bulking methods. Heck, maybe even running the program again, only this time with someone who has some experience under their belt (maybe been training for 6-12 months) and would like to run the program from now until next Spring. Stay Buff!

It’s really fun to do some of these one off celeb work outs if you have a free day at the end of your week before your rest day. They’re all diff focus areas, throw your body a curve ball, and are usually aesthetic exercises (perfect stuff to hit after the real work is done, and before your day off)

I'm a fan of the gym! The super series routine is very good, ideal to break into pieces once a week! Sure. followed by a diet rich in protein, it is the perfect combination! I train at night, 2 hours a day 5 days a week, and at night about 3 times: at 6:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. I have difficulty sleeping but nothing that can't be fixed .. Thanks for the videos !! 💪😎🤳

Great workout commentary guys. On one note I just wanted to mention about the lack of cardio, chris Hemsworth is also an avid surfer and surfing is total body endurance workout essentially. It requires core strength and a strong recovery. Most guys I know go out all day if the waves are good. It's a blast and at the end of the day your body reminds you of what you just did. Great video all the way though, very informative. Not so great for the landlocked though for sure lol

Hey Buff Dudes, nice work! i have a question: Are the bb bicep curls and the preacher curls not similar? both works on the short head, would it not be better, to switch the preacher curls out with another exercise? to target the biceps from a different angel? sorry for my bad english.
