Congrats! Last year, I shot a big big buck with the muzzleloader and he hit the dirt. Didn’t move for 10 min . I had called my son who had missed the same buck a week before in the same spot, and texted a few friends. I had decided to continue to hunt because the rut was on and where I hunt you can shoot 2 deer per day. After 10 minutes of not moving, he started to get up. I shot again and missed. He got His legs under him and rolled out, with me chasing. Another that got away and hard lesson learned.

Congrats man! I’ve been realy looking to do on otc hunt in Ohio this upcoming season, I didn’t realize the size of deer that have been coming out of Ohio, I have been trying for Kansas but I give up on trying to just get drawn for that state I may have to travel a bit more but man that’s a sure bet for me I like the sound of Ohio even more now ! @eastonhunt2083 depends what state you live in, generally speaking ,end of December is pretty much end of deer season across the US, a few states go into January, Arkansas archery season ends February 28th, they have probably the longest deer season of all states

I like your videos but this deer hunt was to much like the TV people lease ground lots of trail cameras and hundreds of pounds of corn that is not much of a hunt. Wish you would just hunt I know it wouldn’t pay like this but I think you are a better hunter then this the Hunting Public guys can get it done without all the bait and a few cameras please don’t turn into a Lee and Tiffani all about the money.
